
UFC rankings provide a comparative standing of the top active fights in each weight class as well as an overall pound-for-pound order. Rankings were introduced back in 2013 and are generated by a voting panel made up of media members. Only active fighters are eligible, according to the UFC rules, to be voted for in the rankings.

Pound-For-Pound
Pound for pound rankings are used in MMA to rank fighters irrespective of their weight class. Since these fighters do not compete directly, judging the best fighter pound for pound fighters can be more subjective, thus ratings can vary.
